Welcome to our newest colleagues!

Kel Chiong

In line with our continued growth and investment in our ten offices across England, we would like to welcome the following new starters across the business:

Bob Corne
I am an Electrical Associate based in the Plymouth office.

Originally from Oxford, my previous positions include Managing Director of Lowe & Oliver Ltd, Head of Construction at Mitie Projects, and roles at Totus Engineering, Service Design Solutions, and Hulley & Kirkwood.

I was responsible for delivering the MEP services for Nightingale Exeter and the Lighthouse Labs COVID Testing Facility, both executed in just 12 weeks.

In my spare time, I enjoy motorcycling, cycling, long walks in the countryside, and sampling various ciders and lagers.

Stuart Christmas
I am a Senior Architectural Technologist based in Bury St Edmunds. I have many years of experience with various building types and construction forms.

I have a rescue Siberian Husky named Oslo and recently bought a mushing scooter to keep up with his speed.

Jo Sargent
I am based in the Chichester office, and my role is Office Administrator. I worked for 15 years as an Executive Assistant and owned my own business for a few years.

I am a mum to three lovely children, love all kinds of sports, play the drums, and train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Grace Carter
I am a graduate mechanical engineer located in the Plymouth office, having just graduated with an undergraduate degree in architectural engineering. My degree taught me a lot about the process of carrying out projects throughout the entire building lifecycle, as well as the importance of sustainable, low-carbon buildings and strong communication between all the different professions. In five years, I see myself as a qualified mechanical engineer, chartered with CIBSE. I don’t have a fun fact about me, but I do have a million different hobbies, mainly crocheting.

Paul Murley
I am a Senior Fire Engineer with experience in the fire industry dating back to 1975. Over the years, I have covered most aspects of fire incidents, including prevention, response, and post-incident analysis, along with the people, buildings, and consequences involved. Yet, we never stop learning. George Santayana said, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” I totally agree.

When not fixing problems, you will find me on my motorbike, or under it.
