Our team of Principal Designers (PD) are registered with CIAT and are competent to act as PD for the Building Safety Act (BSA) and Building Regulations (BR) for works at HRB’s and Non-HRB’s.
We assist our clients with developing, submitting and managing successful applications to the Building Safety Regulator and have extensive experience in navigating Building Safety Regulator Gateways 1, 2 and 3.
