New East Midlands Office
The Practice has enjoyed a period of unprecedented growth and is delighted to announce the opening of a new East Midlands Office in Peterborough.
This strategic location will enhance our national offering to Clients by providing coverage across London, Central, East and the North of the UK. The new office based in Trinity Court will be our eighth office and second new office this year following the success of Manchester earlier in the year.
We have appointed Max McCarthy as Senior Associate and office lead. Max is a Chartered Fire Engineer and is joined by Steve Hall, a Senior Fire Engineer.
The Practice has experienced significant growth in the building remediation/fire safety sector, completing over 250 External Wall Verification/EWS1/FRAEW surveys to date and delivering in excess of 75 remediation projects. We are a DLUHC Approved Consultant on the Cladding Safety Scheme programme and earlier this year we were one of two consultants awarded the FRAEW Hardship programme which is a national framework working directly for Homes England.
The addition of Max and Steve to our Fire Engineering Team gives the practice capacity to deliver an increased volume of External Wall Verification/EWS1/FRAEW survey reports, provide fire engineering consultancy services on current and future remediation projects as well as enabling us to provide a broader spectrum of fire strategy and specialist fire engineering services which will support our in house design teams and increase our offering to Clients.
The Peterborough office formally opened on 9 October 2023 when Max and Steve were greeted by Partners, Simon Zawada and Steve Demuth.
Max commented: ‘’Both Steve and I are really excited about joining Bailey Partnership and we are confident that our industry expertise will enable the continued growth and development of the fire engineering work streams across the country. We look forward to working with and meeting our new colleagues and Client base in due course”.
