Interior Design Services to The Sir Michael Cobham Library

Bailey Partnership

Earlier this year we were appointed by Bournemouth University from feasibility to completion, which required our multi disciplinary services to achieve the goal of all 12 departments to be relocated into Studland House. Phase 1 and 2 saw the remodelling and refurbishment of 7 floors; HR, legal services, conference spaces, marketing & communications, REKO, finance and estates, dining areas as well as refurbishment of existing toilet spaces. The interior scheme for the building was developed to help improve health & wellbeing of workers, providing them a strong sense of belonging. This phase achieved a BREEAM rating of Very Good.

“Bailey Partnership’s distinguishing feature is our in-house multidisciplinary services to ensure a collaborative approach and willingness to go the extra mile was maintained at all times, ensuring this project’s overall success” – Philip Stuart – Harris

Following on from the success of our last scheme with BU, we were delighted to be appointed again for Interior Design services to support the refurbishment of The Sir Michael Cobham Library. Our services will provide the Universities in-house teams with a clear artistic direction for their refurbishment aligning with the Universities identity and providing a collaborative environment for students.

We look forward to completing another great scheme with a fantastic University.
