This commission involved the extensive refurbishment of an existing two storey Medical Centre. Works included remodeling to create a multi functional facility comprising treatment rooms, consultation rooms, ward rooms, patient waiting areas, pharmacy/dispensary, office accommodation and accommodation rooms.

Refurbishment works included a new heating system throughout the building and new finishes to provide a fit for purpose clinical primary care capability with supporting administration functions to deliver a legally compliant, safe patient care establishment.
