Opened in September 2017, this new luxury student accommodation building is an example of how dormant buildings can be transformed, and how adding residences back into an area of decline can help regenerate Plymouth’s city centre.  The building provides 36 student bedrooms divided into 9 apartments. Each has high-end appliances, stylish interior design, contemporary furniture, smart bathrooms and wine coolers.

The existing two storey brick building has been transformed with the addition of two further storeys clad in  reflective black panels to give the appearance of a sleek and contemporary black box sitting above a more traditional street scene.
