This was constructed onsite in 8 months, using a Cross Laminated Timber frame solution (CLT), being one of the greenest modern construction systems currently available.
Coupled with energy-efficient MEP systems, the new building minimises its impact on the environment, both during construction and in use. CLT was considered to be the ideal solution for the project as it provides a fast, accurate and reliable structural base onto which the building finishes could be applied.
