Bailey Partnership is thrilled to have recently signed the Armed Forces Covenant recognising the contribution that service personnel, both regular and reservist, veterans and military families make to our organisation, our community and to the country.

As a business, we are proud to have Veteran Service personnel and Reservists in the Bailey Partnership family. Our signing of the covenant further strengthens our support for the Armed Forces and ensures that it is integrated into our company values and practices, fostering a culture of respect and recognition for their contributions.

The #ArmedForcesCovenant is a pledge by the nation to ensure fair treatment and support for members of the Armed Forces, veterans, and their families. It aims to prevent disadvantage in accessing services and provides special consideration for those injured or bereaved, recognising their sacrifices for the nation’s defence.

Speaking about the recent signing, Director Mark Plant said: “By signing the Armed Forces Covenant, we at Bailey Partnership are committed to supporting veterans, service members, and their families within our local communities. This partnership allows us to offer enhanced services, improve access to employment opportunities, and ensure those who have served our country receive the recognition and support they deserve.”
