Bailey Partnership has been recognised in the Building Good Employer Guide 2025, showcasing its commitment to being a good employer. The construction sector has historically faced challenges with working conditions and diversity, but recent changes – accelerated by the pandemic – have led to improvements in flexibility, mental health support, and employee wellbeing. The guide highlights how leading companies, such as Bailey Partnership, are embracing new ways of working to create a more supportive and sustainable workplace, making the industry more attractive for future talent.

The guide has highlighted Bailey Partnership as a standout example of progressive workplace policies in the construction and built environment sector, showcasing our participation in the 10,000 Black Interns programme, through which the practice has already taken on five paid interns from under-represented backgrounds and plans to welcome three more this year. Additionally, our clear and supportive sabbatical policy, allowing employees to take career breaks after just two years of service, was recognised as a model of good practice. These initiatives were praised as leading examples of diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing within the industry.

Speaking about the published guide, Managing Director, Simon Zawada said: “We deeply value our employees and are committed to continually reviewing and enhancing our working environment and staff benefits. We take great pride in being recognised as a Building Good Employer and will continue to prioritise the wellbeing, development, and success of our team.”
