Bailey Partnership – COVID-19 Update 18th March 2020
Bailey Partnership has an established and robust Business Continuity Plan with a specific response for pandemic which has now been implemented. At the heart of this plan is the wellbeing of our staff and maintaining and protecting the interests of our clients through our continued quality of service.
In line with our Business Continuity Plan and Government guidance, all teams are now operating successfully from home. All staff are contactable through our usual office phone numbers, email and mobile phones. Bailey Partnership has invested heavily over recent years in cloud based IT systems and collaborative working and communication approaches between offices which allows for this flexible, modern way of working.
All meetings will be attended remotely by either audio or video conference calls, which we can facilitate if helpful for others. Only essential meetings will be attended in person where it is safe for all concerned to do so, with suitable protection measures in place.
A small number of staff have been retained in our four offices to keep these open for the time being, but this may be forced to change if Government requirements prevent this in the coming weeks.
We have appropriate management systems in place to ensure that these arrangements will not impact on the timely and high quality delivery of projects for all of our Clients.
As always, our priority is to protect our staff, clients, contractors and other consultants we work with and our local communities as best we can. We are grateful for everyone’s support and understanding in these challenging and rapidly changing times.
