Bailey Partnership celebrates six new starters across the business!

Kel Chiong

We are pleased to welcome Harry Walton to the Building Surveying team in Maidstone. Harry joins us as a Building Surveyor, bringing enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to the role.
With a BSc in Building Surveying and over six years of experience, Harry has a strong background in traditional building surveying services, with a particular expertise in the Party Wall Act. His career has included fire safety improvement projects in London boroughs and delivering expert presentations on party wall matters. Outside of work, Harry is passionate about golf, taking every opportunity to play, and enjoys fishing and playing pool.

We are excited to have him on board and look forward to the positive impact he will have on the team and our projects.

We are thrilled with the success of our recent apprenticeship recruitment campaign, which saw five new apprentices and trainees joining the Bailey Partnership team in September. This intake reflects our commitment to supporting fresh talent across the business, with new recruits joining in key roles such as Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, and Architectural Technology. These young professionals will be based across several of our offices and bring a diverse range of skills and backgrounds to the team. Their addition strengthens our position as a growing, dynamic firm that invests in the future of the construction and consultancy industry.
